On November 7, 2018, the Alzheimer Society of Brant Haldimand Norfolk, Hamilton Halton will be hosting a public awareness education event in Caledonia. The Foundation is proud to have provided a grant of $725 to help fund this event focusing on Living Well With Dementia.
This is the third grant for the Society who has received a total of $2,225 to support other initiatives such as the Creative Canvas Program.
