The Strong Start Charitable Organization received its second annual grant in 2018 bringing the total to $2,000 in funding from the Foundation towards its’ Letters, Sounds & Words Program. This program provides early intervention, reaching children as soon as they are identified to provide them with positive learning experiences to set them on a path to success. The annual grant enables the organization to helps over 10 children in our local schools to lean to read.
